Pet Charter Process

1. Prepare and verify pet health documents (please pay attention to application timelines)

Customers are required to prepare their own pet health documents, such as recent health check reports, rabies vaccination certificates, microchip/ID records, and, if necessary, antibody test reports. For international flights, please confirm the pet import regulations of the destination or transit country (including quarantine requirements, application lead time, import permits, pet passport, or health certificates) and prepare the relevant documents accordingly.

2.Inquiry & Booking Request

The customer contacts the charter service team and provides flight details including departure and destination points, preferred date/time, number of passengers, and pet information (species, size/weight, and any special requirements).

3. Confirm Transport Equipment & Pet Carrier

Customers are required to provide the dimensions and specifications of the pet travel carrier to be used.
 

4. Final Confirmation & Contract Signing (Deposit / Full Payment Required upon Confirmation)

Both parties confirm flight schedule, aircraft type, pricing, and related cancellation policies. After confirmation, a deposit or full payment is required to secure the booking.
